SHIPMENTS

The transport cost depends on the destination of your order and the chosen mode of transport. In the shopping cart, the transportation cost for the ordered items always appears before the purchase is completed

Shipments and returns will be FREE in the peninsula and Portugal will be made within 24 working hours after the purchase, except for occasional stock breaks, which will be notified by email. All items have the expected delivery time next to their purchase button, depending on color, size. In the first order confirmation, the term of the articles is reiterated.

Shipping restrictions:

· Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and other islands of Portugal are subject to import duties and/or local customs, initially no shipments will be made to these places.

· When placing an order in Susmaletas to be delivered in a country or territory outside the European Union, it is possible that import duties and taxes may have to be paid upon arrival at the destination, and provide documentation that is required at customs.

· Please note that the carrier or courier services that deliver your order require someone to sign for the delivery of the shipment. They must be signed by a person over 18 years of age and be officially identified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

· Cancellations of orders not sent will be requested by email info@susmaletas.com.

· Order cancellation is free except for the Sequra payment method, which will entail the same expense for the customer as a rejection, Spain €10, Canary Islands consult.

- Returns from countries France, Germany and Italy 15 Euros.

· The return of the money will be effective by the same method of payment and within the stipulated legal term that is 14 days once the return or cancellation is accepted.

 RETURN POLICY

Returns due to rejection and or guarantee processing:

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused merchandise in its original box with all the original elements and without extra seals or stickers and externally protected for return, subject to the rules described below. .

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time up to 14 days after the delivery date. You will not have this right for personalized items, or for spare parts expressly requested for the client.

The request to return the product must be sent by email to the same email address as the order confirmation.

The return transportation costs due to rejection of the purchase are in charge of your suitcases:

-The purchase has been made by any payment method except Sequra. To buy with Sequra there are €10 expenses.

For the Balearic Islands, €10 of expenses in any case except Sequra payment purchases that are €23

For countries of the UEE France, Germany and Italy €15 of expenses

For countries outside the UEE, consult by email.

SUSUMALETAS remembers that returns must be accepted to refund the full amount of the purchase, including shipping costs.

All items must be returned unused, with the original labels, instructions for use, warranty and other labels and packaging and in their original packaging, also externally protected. If the items returned under this right are not in a resalable condition, we will not accept the return.

To exercise your right of return, please follow the return procedure described below:

RETURN PROCEDURE:

- Please write an email to info@susmaletas.com, click Here and in comments detail the return and your order number.

- You will receive our confirmation of the return process to your email address.

- Pack the item to be returned (only unused items, with original labels, instructions for use, warranty and other labels and packaging) in its perfect original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

·Follow the rest of the instructions of the return process*

- If you have respected all the return conditions, we will send you the refund instructions in the following days. In the event that you do not respect all the return conditions, we will tell you by e-mail why we cannot approve your return.

- Once your return is approved, your money will be refunded by the same payment method that you made.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSPORTATION OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

You must check if your shipment is correct at the time of delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, you must note the nature of the discrepancy or problem on the delivery note and sign it. You must notify us in writing of the problem within 24 hours after the delivery date.
