Guarantees and return
Our company guarantees the perfect condition of all its products. VAT is included in the prices on our website. Once the request has been made, SusMaletas will confirm to the client the receipt of the same, whose delivery will be made within the established deadlines.
Returns: Once the order is received at the customer's address, you will have 14 days to return the product if it is not to your satisfaction, in which case, you are obliged to communicate it by e-mail (info@susmaletas.com), and to proceed to return the product in perfect condition, including the original invoice.

For information purposes, the return or exchange costs will have a charge of €20 depending on the place of collection, the weight and volume of the items. SusMaletas will study the situation of the return in each case, taking into account the three previous factors (collection place, weight and volume).
Once the status of the product has been verified, SusMaletas will reimburse the customer for the amount paid by the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction, once the transportation costs originated by the return have been deducted, within 15 days of receipt.
In the event that the merchandise does not arrive in perfect condition, SusMaletas will replace it once it receives communication of the incident by email (info@susmaletas). The expenses originated by the change of the merchandise are borne by the company SusMaletas.
