The legal notice hereby regulates the access and use of this service, as well as the relationship between this service (hereinafter referred to as the WEB) accessible at www.susmaletas.com, and the WEB USERS (hereinafter referred to as the USERS).
GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The supplier guaranties the perfect conditions of all our products.
VAT is included in our website prices.
Once the purchase order has been submitted, ANTONIO TURMO S.L. will confirm its reception to the user, and the delivery will take place within the established lead time.
Goods return policy: Once the product has been delivered at the User’s address, the user will have the right, according to the prescribed time limit, to return the goods in case the product does not satisfy the user’s expectations. The user has the obligation to inform about it by e-mail at info@susmaletas.com, as well as to return the product in perfect conditions, including the original invoice.
Once the perfect conditions of the product have been checked, ANTONIO TURMO S.L. will refund the purchase amount to the user, within 15 days after its reception.

Our main goal is providing a good customer’s service, and therefore, we have a wide range stock in constant evolution.
THE DELIVERY LEAD TIME of goods will take place within 5 days approximately.
Delivery lead time is approximate and it is calculated from the date of the shipment of goods in our head office.
DELIVERY FEES: Every shipment will include delivery fees, though ANTONIO TURMO S.L. has the right to change this policy at any given time. If that is the case, the User will always be informed about the delivery fees in the amount showed by the shopping cart.
